Call for abstracts

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

The Scientific Committee of NoM 19 issues a call for abstracts for oral contributions and/or posters.

 

Instructions for abstract submission:

To submit your abstract, you need to log into your account. To do so, you need to create an account either following the normal registration process or, in the case your attendancy depends on your abstract aproval, you can freely create your account via this link.

 

Once you have created your account, then log in and access to your dashboard, go to "My abstracts" tab and click the "Submit Abstract" green button.  

 

Submission of an abstract acknowledges the author's acceptance for the abstract to be published in the book of abstracts. 

 

Submission guide:

  • A 250 words abstract with the summary of the scientific works following the structure of introduction, materials and methods, results and conclusions. A title of maximum 50 words and names of authors with affiliations must be included. Language for abstract is English.
  • In the application of abstract subsmission you will be required to specify your preference of presentation: poster or oral presentation.
  • Deadline for abstract submission is April 8, 2019.
  • Acceptance will be comunicated by email to the author on April 12, 2019.
  • Presenting authors of abstracts must follow the registration process before April 30, 2019.  

 

posterInstructions for poster:

  • Poster size: A1 portrait (841 mm x 594 mm), vertical.
  • A free service of poster printing provided by the organization. Posters should be sent in PDF format using a dedicated form which will be sent by the organization to each submitter on approval.
  • Deadline for poster submission is June 10, 2019.
  • Posters will be fixed in the corresponding place by the organization following assigned codes shared with the submitter via the dedicated form on approval.

 

Instructions for oral presentations:

  • Participants interested in presenting their work in a 10 minutes format should follow the general submission guide instructions and select "oral presentation" when requested.
  • Ten minutes long presentations should be done in english or spanish (simultaneous translation provided for free).
  • Powerpoint or Key or Pdf presentations should be charged in the main computer of the venue 30 minutes before the oral presentation.
